Yaneth Preciado grew up in Wenatchee, WA, where she graduated from Eastmont High School and pursued Business and Accounting at Wenatchee Valley College. While studying, she worked full-time at a local bank. In 2016, an opportunity to work closely with top loan officers and that ignited her passion for the mortgage industry. The experience of helping first-time homebuyers through their closings made her realize that a career shift was necessary.

 

Now with nearly eight years in the industry, Yaneth finds joy in encountering new scenarios and continually learning. Being bilingual, she is dedicated to assisting Hispanics, including DACA recipients and ITIN borrowers, in understanding homeownership. She takes pride in supporting first-generation homeowners and aims to educate and guide clients through one of the most significant purchases of their lives: their home.

 

Yaneth is also deeply committed to her community. In her spare time, she volunteers with nonprofit organizations, including serving on the board of directors for Common Ground Community Housing Trust, which promotes affordable and sustainable housing solutions for Area Median Income (AMI) families. She is also involved with the Wenatchee Central Lions Club, where volunteers play a crucial role in organizing community events, collecting used eyeglasses for those in need, and supporting local small businesses.
